Jen helped me navigate the rough patch I had found myself in, gave me the tools to find the clarity and courage to leave behind an unhealthy workplace, and most importantly to go through a huge change in my mindset about myself and realising and accepting my neurodiversity. I appreciate Jen's compassionate and empowering approach, all her thoughtful insights and her help to shed some light in areas that I didn't see or connect. Seeing where I was a year and a half ago, and where I stand now there is a huge improvement in my mental health, my life has started moving again forward and I feel grateful to have had Jen on my side throughout this journey
